Les pinces à sertir pour charges lourdes de REMS sont fabriquées en acier spécial forgé et spécialement trempé. Les contours de sertissage des pinces à sertir REMS sont spécifiques au système et correspondent aux contours de sertissage des systèmes de raccords à sertir respectifs. Il en résulte un pressage parfait, conforme au système et sûr. Ils ont un contour de presse usiné de haute précision et arrondi avec précision et donc des tolérances de fabrication nettement inférieures à celles des contours de presse coulés.
